What are your delivery hours and zones?

We deliver daily from 10am to 10pm across all Stellenbosch University campuses and surrounding student residences. Our delivery zones cover the entire Stellenbosch area within a 5km radius of campus. You can check if your location is covered by entering your address during checkout.

How can I become a vendor partner?

We're always looking to partner with local food vendors! The application process is simple - just email vendors@stellieskos.com with information about your food business, menu samples, and any relevant certifications. Our team will review your application and schedule a tasting session if you meet our quality standards.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and SnapScan. We also offer cash on delivery for orders placed directly through our website. Student meal plans from participating residences are also accepted - check with your residence administrator for details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you'll receive a text message with a tracking link. This will show you the real-time location of your delivery driver and estimated arrival time. You can also track your order through your account on our website or mobile app.
